This is a restored wagon with brass plate on back saying Deere and Weber. The second seat removes and it does have brakes. The shafts are pinned so they could be taken off. It is in very good condition, but does have a few scratches and wear marks. also new Amish made harness, horse size, but would only sell the harness if the wagon is sold.
